Holiday Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Salted Butter (2 Sticks), softened

  • 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

  • 2 1/4 Cups Arrowhead Mills Organic Gluten-Free All Purpose 1-to-1 Flour

  • 1 Cup Additional Powdered Sugar for Coating


Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Using a large mixing bowl, mix butter & powdered sugar together. Add in vanilla extract. 

  3. Add flour & mix until soft dough ball forms.

  4. Roll dough into 1" balls & place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are set but not browniing

  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes then roll in a bowl of powdered sugar.


Ready in 20 minutes

Serves: 35-40
